It's official — Creed have reunited after teasing their comeback earlier this month. Their first live performance since 2012 is set to take place on the high seas on the band's own 2024 cruise festival, dubbed "Summer of '99," which features 3 Doors Down and a number of other era-specific groups for maximum nostalgia. Along the way, he’s assembled an amazing group of like-minded individuals to spread the word on some of the most unique people and projects on the pop culture landscape. They wrapped things up with their seminal smash, “Higher,” and sang “Happy Birthday” to Mark Tremonti. They performed “One Last Breathe” and “My Sacrifice,” two hit singles from their 2001 chart-topping album, Weathered.

Heralded earlier this summer with a series of viral teasers that lit up social media, Summer Of '99 Cruise was met by worldwide media attention and proved the fastest sell-out of any artist-headlined cruise in Sixthman history, with all reservations booked in just 29 hours. In addition, Summer Of '99 Cruise is now the top three among Sixthman's all-time pre-sale signups and waiting list signups for cruises of any kind. As noted, all reservations for Summer Of '99 Cruise are now completely sold out. Week 2: Port Canaveral
To end the set, Creed performed their hits ‘With Arms Wide Open’ and ‘Higher’. Stapp took a moment to lead the crowd into a rendition of ‘Happy Birthday’ in celebration of Tremoni’s 50th birthday. CREED disbanded in 2004 but reunited five years later for the aforementioned "Full Circle" LP and an extensive tour. Stapp has since toured and recorded as a solo artist, although he suffered a drug-related mental breakdown in 2014 and spent several years recovering from that.

Since its release, Human Clay has received the rare diamond certification from the RIAA for selling over 10 million copies. As their reunion kicks off, Creed are celebrating their legacy with the reissue of their multi-platinum Greatest Hits collection on vinyl. The American band’s reunion festival cruise ship is sailing right now and they just ripped out their first concert since 2012 on it. It’s called the ‘Summer Of ‘99’ festival cruise and they’re the headliner of a lineup that includes 3 Doors Down, Buckcherry, Tonic, and more. While no other reunion dates, or recording plans, have yet been announced, Creed will take part in a live Q&A during the Summer of ’99 cruise that will be open to all attendees.
Unfortunately, the group hasn’t released an album since their Full Circle project back in 2009, and called it quits back in 2012. From Nickelback, to 3 Doors Down, Hinder, Creed, The Goo Goo Dolls, Fuel, and more, they’re all bands with songs that’ll get you nostalgic in a heartbeat. Alright, I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a sucker for that late ’90s/early 2000s hard rock. The first 500 cabins booked will have an exclusive opportunity for a photo session with the members of Creed themselves. Sirius XM DJ Eddie Trunk will co-host both cruises alongside the trio from AXS TV's The Power Hour show — Matt Pinfield, Caity Babs and Josh Bernstein. The Summer of '99 and Beyond cruise will be held on the Norwegian Jade cruise ship from April 27-May 1, departing from Port Canaveral in Florida, also venturing to the Bahamas.
The band announced plans for an extensive North American tour, set to launch on July 17 at the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The run wraps up on September 28 at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Very special guests for the trek will be 3 Doors Down, Daughtry, Switchfoot, Tonic, Big Wreck, and Finger Eleven on select dates. Yesterday in Miami, Florida, Creed set sail on their highly anticipated Summer of ’99 Cruise. The venture marks the multi-platinum rockers first live performances in over a decade.

The cruise’s lineup will also feature the likes of 3 Doors Down, Buckcherry, Tonic Fuel, Vertical Horizon, The Verve Pipe, Tantric, and Nine Days, along with more.
The Summer Of '99 And Beyond Cruise is highlighted by the Grammy Award-winning band's second public live performances in more than a decade. The new port of departure (Summer Of '99 Cruise sails from Miami, Florida) was necessary to meet the unprecedented demand for another sailing of fans with CREED. After confirming their music cruises, Creed decided to take their reunion on the road.

Creed will return to live performance for the first time in more than a decade in 2024 with the Summer of '99 cruise. The event will take place from April and travel from Miami to Nassau aboard Norwegian Pearl. In 2022, Creed celebrated the 25th anniversary of their seminal debut album, My Own Prison. Featuring the hits “Torn,” “What’s This Life For,” “One,” and “My Own Prison,” the multi-platinum album has gone on to sell over 6 million copies in the United States alone. Due to overwhelming fan response, the multi-platinum rockers have added a second leg the trek. The new round of dates begins on November 2 at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and wraps up on December 5 at the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida.
On guitarist Mark Tremont’s 50th birthday, the band kicked things off appropriately with, “Are You Ready? The first Summer of '99 cruise will be held from April in 2024, departing from Miami, Florida for Nassau, Bahamas aboard the Norwegian Pearl cruise ship. The band – comprised of Scott Stapp, Brian Marshall, Scott Phillips, Mark Tremonti and touring guitarist Eric Friedman – performed a 16-track setlist for the attendees. ’ and followed that with fan favourites such as ‘Torn’, ‘My Own Prison’, ‘Weathered’ and ‘Faceless Man’.

Full Circle, released in 2009, marked the band’s last album, and Creed stopped touring together in 2012. During the hiatus, Stapp released his second and third solo albums, while Tremonti has regularly released music as the leader of the collective Tremonti, among other side projects. Speculation that the multi-platinum rock group was planning a return really heated up when the band updated their social media profile pictures with a new logo earlier this month.
Picture yourself surrounded by the sun, sea, and soul-stirring music of the late ’90s and early 2000s. Creed’s Summer of ’99 cruise promises to take us back to the good old days with 3 Doors Down, Fuel, Buckcherry, Tonic, and more iconic bands. By popular demand, the reunited Creed have announced a second Summer of '99 cruise, dubbed Summer of '99 and Beyond, which will take place just a few days after the first at-sea excursion returns to port. On April 27, Creed will embark on another cruise titled “Summer of ’99 and Beyond” from Orlando, Florida. That line-up will feature Daughtry as well as the other bands from the previous cruise.
